1. General

This document is an offer by [specify: seller name] (the Seller) to conclude a distance retail sale contract via the online store “Демо-магазин” at https://demo.shop.brobooster.ru under the terms below. Placing an order on the site or by phone means acceptance of these terms. The contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Belarus, including the Civil Code and the Law “On Consumer Rights Protection”.

2. Orders

The Buyer provides a name, phone number and, for courier delivery, an address. The Seller contacts the Buyer to confirm the order. If an item is out of stock, the Buyer may accept the available quantity, choose a replacement or cancel the order. Obvious errors in price or description are treated as technical errors and the Seller may decline such an order.

3. Price, payment and delivery

Prices are in Belarusian rubles; the price of a confirmed order does not change. Payment and delivery options are listed on the “Delivery and payment” page. The Buyer checks the appearance and completeness of goods upon receipt; ownership and risk pass to the Buyer upon handover.

4. Returns

Returns and exchanges follow consumer protection law; see the “Returns and exchanges” page.

5. Reviews

Reviews may be left by buyers who received an order with the product. Reviews are published after moderation and must not contain insults, personal data of others, advertising or links.
