Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges follow the consumer protection law of the Republic of Belarus.

On receipt — check the appearance and completeness of goods; claims about visible damage are accepted on receipt, and you may refuse a damaged item.
Goods of proper quality — may be exchanged or returned within 14 days if unused, with packaging, labels and proof of purchase, except goods in the government list of non-returnable items.
Defective goods — within the warranty period you may request a replacement, a price reduction, a free repair or a refund.
